Our 訂房網站 was for Visa purpose. This hotel is right in front of VFS office. Facade of the hotel is good. Staff is courteous and prompt. We took a suite room and it’s good. Breakfast is tasty and has variety of dishes.We took dinner in the room and it was delicious. It’s in the city centre so commute is easy.

The stay at the Mercy Hotel was a very bad experience. They are working during sleeping time . I can’t sleep because of the loud noises.

Good place, good staff. I wish the night lamppost wasn’t directly above the bed - i hit my head on it when i woke up in the night. But amenities are great. Greta views of cochin shipyard

No breakfast included for the amount i payed no plug points were working 11 am you will get call from the reception asking to check out, coffee kettle didn't work. Overall im so disappointed with my stay and i will never choose to stay at this hotel again. It's not worth the price
